Apostle Priscilla Parker

Apostle Priscilla Parker was born in Miami, Florida, the second of thirteen children. She accepted Christ in August 1982 and has since given her life to serving others and spreading the Gospel, traveling across the United States to minister in churches of every kind. She began operating as a prophetess in 1994, which led her to establish Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry in Tampa, Florida, where she serves as founder and pastor. Consecrated as an apostle in 2007, she serves today as an apostle to apostles and a spiritual mother to many.

Her ministry initiatives include a food and clothing pantry, evangelistic and college outreaches, children's and men's ministries, women's conferences, a widow's ministry and a K-8 scholars academy. She has been recognized by the Cambridge Who's Who registry and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the NAACP. Her favorite saying, keep it moving, captures a life of steady advance.
